We collect the information you give us when you apply to drive for us, work for us, or contact us. This can include your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, CDL and driving history, and employment information.

How we use it
We use this information to review driver applications, hire and onboard drivers, dispatch loads, handle payroll, and communicate with you by phone, email, and text message.

Text messaging (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from Trius, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms (triustrucking.com/sms-terms). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as our messaging platform provider, only to deliver messages.

Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example payroll, background-check, and communications providers) and when required by law.

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
